Check the detected columns for dates, descriptions, references, debits, credits and balances. Choose date order, decimal format, currency and two or three decimal places.
Build the editable table. Correct flagged dates and amounts, inspect source rows outside the table and compare running balances. Include only the transactions you want to export.
Download an XLSX workbook with Transactions, Summary and an optional Source rows sheet, or a CSV of selected transactions. Review notes travel with the exported data.
Keep an editable transaction worksheet with frozen headers, filters and formatted amounts. A separate Summary sheet records parsed totals and review settings. The optional Source rows sheet retains extracted text so you can trace a transaction back to its page. It also contains excluded rows; omit it when you do not want to share the source text.
Export selected transactions as UTF-8 CSV with a comma, semicolon or tab delimiter. Normalized dates use ISO format and parsed amounts use decimal dots. Descriptions, original dates and review notes remain available. CSV text that could act as a spreadsheet formula is escaped with an apostrophe.
Statements differ by bank, language and date format. This converter suggests structure; it does not infer missing amounts, silently remove duplicate transactions or certify a statement. Check flagged values, wrapped descriptions and any source rows outside the transaction table. Totals include parsed amounts only, and different currencies are kept separate.

Yes. PNG, JPG, WebP and scanned PDF pages use Tesseract OCR in your browser. Text-based PDF pages use selectable text where possible. English, Arabic and mixed English–Arabic OCR are available. Recognition quality depends on scan quality and layout, so review extracted values before using them.
No. This tool reads your file, runs OCR and creates exports in your browser. Original files, extracted rows and edits are not sent to an AI API or saved to localStorage or IndexedDB. OCR engine and language files download on first use. Clear statement data or close the tab to discard the workspace. Downloads remain on your device.
There is no universal bank-layout guarantee. Common English and Arabic headers can suggest column mappings; you can change them manually. Repeated headers and rows without a recognizable date remain available as source rows rather than being silently treated as transactions. Wrapped descriptions and unusual layouts may need manual correction.
Choose day/month/year, month/day/year or year/month/day and the decimal separator explicitly. Dates without a year need an entered statement year; two-digit years are flagged rather than assigned a guessed century. References are exported as text in XLSX. Amount calculations use exact decimal units with two or three decimal places, and values beyond Excel’s 15-digit numeric precision remain text.
For included transactions in your selected chronological order, the tool compares a known previous balance plus credits minus debits with the next available balance. You may enter an opening balance. Checks stop across unreadable amounts or currency changes. A zero check count means balances have not been verified; it is not a statement of accounting accuracy.
This release exports XLSX and CSV only. It does not create OFX, QBO or Tally XML files, and the CSV is not a bank-specific accounting import template. Check the import requirements of your accounting software before importing reviewed data.
