description1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vynoe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
description2. Description of Service
Vynoe provides a client-side image conversion tool that allows users to convert images between various formats including WEBP, PNG, JPEG, AVIF, and others. The Service processes images locally in your browser and does not upload or store your files on our servers.
description3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
description4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; (c) distribute malware or harmful content; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems; (f) impersonate any person or entity.
description5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Vynoe and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any images you process through the Service. We claim no rights to your content. The Vynoe name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.
description6. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
description7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vynoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
